In fairness, Hoya was hardly a sure thing at 130

At 135, he brings an unusual amount of size and punching power, I don't know if Broner could overcome it, I don;t think he could, but there is still much to be seen with him

I agree he was probably weakened by making weight at 130, but DLH was so fast and powerful at those weights that I don't think it would matter. At 135 I don't see any way Broner doesn't get flattened.

same here... He might yet show a wrinkle in his game that makes me think twice about that, but for now, I can't imagine he'd be able to deal with the size/power/speed of Hoya

the dildo recipient never beat anyone at lightweight as good as broner, and he got all he could handle from molina.

Ruelas & Chicanito (ok, not a real lightweight but still, DLH had less than 20 fights going in)

All he could handle? He easily beat Molina. He couldn't look good because Molina fought so dirty but he was in no danger of losing and easily won. He'd decimate Broner with his jab and probably catch him with a left hook and knock him out.

the fact remains the dildo recipient never beat anyone as good as broner at lightweight. molina roughed him up and gave him all he could handle.

Delahoya never lost 2 rounds to Carl Griffith or Troy Dorsey, though.

but, conversely, Broner hasn't fought anyone as good as Hoya either, hell I don't know if he's beaten anyone as good as the Molina hoya decisioned

broner has time on his side. we'll see what he's made of soon. the dildo recipient proved time and time again he couldnt beat the best of the best.

For once I agree w/ Double L, Molina gave him a fight but he was dirty as hell in the process. Molina was always a dirty fighter.
