    PPV's just don't cost that here. They never cost more than £20. Ever. It's also worth pointing out that very few fights are on PPV here; Carl Froch, for example, has NEVER had a UK PPV fight (though I think Froch - Kessler II is scheduled for PPV at £18).

    The problem is that Khan is signed to Primetime TV if I remember correctly and cut his ties with Sky. Sky have the financial power to really promote it to the general public/casual fans and maximise revenue, like they did with Mayweather-Hatton. Primetime? Not so much.

    Klit-Hay was £21, I think Hatton Tszyu was similar...............Hatton Collazo was ppv..............again around £18 or something. I really cannot think of there being too many fights that cost too much extra to watch on top of the £20 basic monthly sub. Hamed possibly but that's going back to the mid 1990's-2000. Barrera put a stop to that. :lol: Setanta Sports did Vitali vs Peter for free {basic sub of a tenner in England}

    It's a phenomenon that just does not exist over here. Sky tried it with "prem plus" {Remember that sham} where you paid for a sub and then paid for the game too.....they had Fulham vs Man United on that in 2007. Fucking incredible.

    Didn't Sky have Khan on PPV early on in his career? Far too early as I remember it

    After the Prescott KO and a few dodgy cards Sky downgraded Amir to the regular sky sports channels 1,2,3

    Soon after he jumped ship to prime-time.

    Khan-Diaz was on boxnation. A tenner a month. Can't go wrong.
