Also this weekend. I think it'll be third time lucky for Ola. I actually thought he beat Marco 'I don't give a fuck' Huck last time out, but the judges fucked up. Going to be another great fight.

Round OneHuck being booed :: Huck pawing and pulling his jab. Huck gets thru with a big right hand that looked better than it was. Huck throwing chip-shop right hands. Afolabi lands a beautifully timed left. Afolabi backs him to the ropes and lands crisp body shots. Afolabi lands the right and a left behind it, takes shots on the gloves. Afolabi is cleaner. Afolabi cannot miss with the jab. 10-9 Afolabi.

 

Round 2.Afolabi starts fast but is caught coming in. Huck too easy to hit with jabs and body shots. Huck is lego. Afolabi cannot miss with the jab. Huck loads up on his boozer right hands. Afolabi blocks them. Huck lands a right hand but Afolabi had a bodyshot behind it. Great bodywork from Afolabi turns it into an uppercut that just misses. Huck warned for being a cunt. Huck throws combos, most blocked, crowd goes wild. Huck probably won it, just.10-9 Huck.

 

Round 3.Ulli Wegner has a stroke but mans up and sends Huck out for the third. Afolabi lands three solid body shots to start the round, his body shots can be heard when they land. They sound like a man being punched in the belly. Huck loads up on a monster right uppercut that misses, but he gets points for bumping into Afolabi with his shoulder. Crowd goes nuts. Huck throws a flurry and makes up for his inaccuracy by going to the testicles with a right hand. Huck lands with a body shot and Afolabi comes back with one or two of his own, I lost count.....Huck throws a 5 punch combo in just under 30 seconds. Afolabi is too placid, his work is by far the better but Huck winning on "Work" and "Volume", the preferred tools of the inept.10-9 Huck.

 

Round 4. They are instructed to box by the referee but Huck says he has no idea what that is. Sick jab from Afolabi. Afolabi shows better single shots but Huck moves his arms more. Huck complains that he is being hit on the back of the head. Afolabi lands cleanly. Huck replies with heavy but badly timed, laboured rights. Crowd goes nuts. Commentators shit their pants. Afolabi won't let his fucking hands go. Afolabi is MAKING Huck look like he is winning.10-9 Huck, but it didn't have to be that way.

 

Afolabi won the 5th, in my book.

 

I gave Afolabi the 6th too. he was busier in the 6th and backs Huck up for fun when he moves his hands. Huck has a tired look. Punches after the bell too., Dirtry cunt.

 

If Afolabi goes to the body and stays there this is his fight. Hucks right hands are pish. Huck throws and lands. A headbutt. Sick right hand by Afolabi. Huck throws a very low blow no warning.

Round 8...Huck throws a very low right hand, then when Afolabi's hands come down, Huck hits him over the back of the head. Nothing from the ref. Poor. I think I need to revaluate Afolabi, he has shown very little tonight apart from decent hard straight shots now and then. He is infinitely more skilled than Huck but Huck is too active, depsite not being very active. Huck round but....:shit:

Afolabi needs a stoppage now.

Afolabi bullying Huck as he did in the 9th. Huck looking to hold, probably planning his next low blow. Huck looks jaded. Huck forearm bars Afolabi to the face. Classy guy. Huck leans in and puts his skull in Afolabi's face. Nice. Afolabi works his man over in the corner with good body work. Afolabi's round, clearly.

 

11th round. Afolabi doing OK, Huck not doing anything, planning a robbery after the fight maybe. Afolabi backs him into a corner and they rest there for two minutes. Huck rallies with some air shots. Huck throws a triple jab. Froch laughs. Huck lands a right. No big deal. Probably will win him the round 10-8. Rawling is calling this "terrific action". I gave the round to Afolabi but most right-thinking Germanians would give it to Huck.

 

Round 12: Barry Jones {black and white commentator} has Afolabi one point behind with one round left. Horrible fight by the way. Not sure what Rawling is on about. Afolabi lets his hands go. Afolabi lands a really good bodyshot. And again, left hook to the ribs. Huck doing nothing...tries a right hand, no steam on it. Now it is Huck who is reduced to single shots and Afolabi who lands the volume, quality shots. Afolabi works him over with a quality combo, a rare bit of sustained quality. Huck lands a right. Rawling shits himself. No big deal. Huck relies on his money punch, a right to the back of the head, kidney or groin area. Afolabi wins round.
