    When Rios was actually in shape in the first fight, he basically beat the shit outta Alvarado. Prime Hatton was a cut above Rios. Circa 03-05 Hatton would stop Alvarado's average ass.

    I maintain that it had more to do with Rios being in better shape in the first fight. In the rematch, he was a fat ass, and couldn't maintain the same pace that he maintained in the first fight.
