Garcia will dust him. I think Gamboa has wasted his prime in activity. And even at his best, his defense can be dodgy. Garcia will time him sooner than later, and put him on his back. Mikey is actually a beautiful offensive technician. Refreshing to see someone with his offensive skill level in this watered down Canelo/Khan era.
