First 3/4 looked good then it kinda looked like there will be too much action. I think Sly needs to understand not every movie is meant to be expendables.
He didnt get there to get fucked with in this movie. He got there to disappear. Someone wants him erased. Again, has nothing to do with Two cops getting framed. In fact, Tango and Cash had very little prison time in the movie.
Looks cool. They might finally got another hit besides The Expendables franchise. The original title was 'The Tomb' which kind of gave you the wrong idea about the film. This new title is more simple and accurate. Also the trailer gave away the whole damn film plot. I still want to watch it, though.
Saw it. About a 6/10 I guess. Panchy and Boss hit it right on the head that the trailer shows too much of the plot. I thought it started off good (and even realistic for a while) when Stallone was using his smarts to get out of prison. Then later it just got ridiculous with too many instances of the usual old school crap of guys out running gun fire and escaping by the hair of their teeth. The shooting scenes with Arnold and Sly got pretty ridiculous to the point it was kind of like camp humor to their old school characters. On top of all that the 2 biggest ending revelations were totally predictable. Yet dispite all that negative stuff I still enjoyed the movie. The dialogue wasn't on the same crap level as the Expendables, on the contrary this actually felt like the first time Stallone and Arnold have paired up in a film, and watching them together was pretty cool. When you see this one, just dispense with your reality and treat it like an Expendables film and you'll enjoy it.
