Looks good...Godzilla seems to be the more upright version...not the more flexible/agility one from that Ferris Bueller version.

 

Should be a fun popcorn flick.

I can't imagine this is going to be good if he doesn't have any other monsters to fight. Where's the entertainment supposed to come from, watching him destroy Tokyo? Or are we all supposed to just marvel at his awesome CGI back bones? (which I admittedly kind of did during the trailer...but still)

This is going to suck because they're not going to put a lot of effort in the writing for a CGI popcorn flick like this.

Then you must be optimistic that she has been cast as Scarlet Witch in he Avengers 2 along wit her Godzilla co-star, Kick-Ass, as her brother Pietro aka Quicksilver.

 

this is supposed to be preproduction art concept. It looks like it will have muscular arms and will lose one in battle.

 

Godzilla movies and monster movies are meant to be campy. If this film tries to take itself too seriously, it's gonna backfire.

This trailer was by far the best. Easily.
The mistake that so many make with trailers is showing too much.
No over-acting shoutiness by Bryan Cranston, no extended CGI shots, no monster shots...in fact the first minute of the trailer is the best - you have no idea what's going on.
This is reminiscent of the original 'Alien' trailer - less is more.

 

See? Godfather knows what hes talking about.

Asian trailer actually SHOWS the monsters. This IS Godzilla, the one with silly battles with other monsters...not sure now ifI want to watch this on a movie theater or wait for the rental.
