Broener just said he wanted Paulie to win so they could promote a rematch. I wonder what he's thinking.

"I'm so glad I moved down to 140." Broner wants no parts of Porter.

Porter did to Pauline what I figured Judah could've done. Porter now has impressive and one-sided wins over Alexander and Malignaggi. Time to give him some credit. Him versus Garcia would be a good fight. Too bad we can't see Porter/Bradley. Unlike Bradley, Porter has some pop.

It's funny because that's basically how I thought the Broner fight would go until he was exposed as a fraud.

Porter would probably beat Broner badly.

Broner won't fight Porter. He's going down to 140 where he will most likely face light weights until everyone forgets about the Maidana fight.

Good God, Hopkins is preposterously geriatric.

This is the oldest I've ever seen him look. He looked somewhat like a professional boxer 2 years ago in the Pascal fight.

I'm doing the round by round for the people who aren't watching.

    Round 2.

    Hopkins landed a right hand.

Seriously, I won't miss Hopkins when he retires. That shit ain't impressive anymore. Yes, he's 49 yrs old and yes he's beating younger guys, but in the most insulting, boring way imaginable. Fuck him.

    Round 3.

Hopkins lands a jab that snaps Shumenov's head back. Shumenov lands a right hand.

    29-28 Hopkins.

Hopkins actually embarrassing Shumenov but I'll give it Shumenov for effort.

    38-38 Even(Hopkins is really winning)

How is it insulting to the viewer? This implies Hopkins isn't trying his best or something.

It's crazy how Bernard is able to handle the blinding hand speed and constant aggression of Shumenov.

This is utterly embarrassing. This guy is horrible. Hopkins is 100 years old and clowning this guy.

I didn't do a prediction on this fight solely because I hadn't seen Hopkins fight since Pascal and figured he could be much more shot.

Well he is indeed much more shot, and still is yucking it up in there against this scrub. Hilarious.

Hopkins just having a light sparring session here. Shumenov is a mummy. In round 7 almost got his head decapitated by jabs.
