Collazo is a recovering alcoholic and his best moment came 6 years ago. His stoppage of Ortiz tells you a lot more about Ortiz than about Collazo.

    Khan is a fucking bum.

Maidana was more surprising, but yeah I was shocked Khan handled Collazo so easily too.

Mad's defense was impressive. He made pbf miss a lot ... good head movement..stayed low. I wonder how pbf ' s left side is feeling after all those right hands to the ribs.

How would Mayweather deal with somebody like Lou Ambers, never mind Henry Armstrong....
    ..
........Fritzie Zivic, given the same sort of leniency Floyd gets, could beat him too.

Wouldn't be surprised if MAY VINCI retired, he took some meaty rib roasters last night.

Maidana is "El Chino"...wonder how Flid enjoyed those rice crackers to the ribs. Notice how Flid not talking about cooking dogs this time out.

    Wasn't scoring super closely, but I had Floyd winning 2, 4, 7, 9, 10. Rounds 11 and 12 were close.
Some of those rounds for Floyd and some for Maidana were close.

There was some Roy/Montell I in this fight.

Maidana's jab in the middle of the ring backed Floyd to the ropes all night.

Maidana's body work was superb, his loopy overhand right is a shit punch that wastes too much energy, but his straighter right is nice.

Floyd never really seemed hurt by Maidana despite getting hit cleanly in the body a few times.

Floyd is not as fast as he was. Not even close.

Both fighters can improve in a rematch. Floyd by being more active, Maidana by being more selective. Floyd by holding more. Maidana by putting on less weight.

I would rather see Floyd fight someone else in September with Thurman vs Maidana on the undercard. Let the winner of that fight get Floyd.

I liked the undercard, but you HAVE to put a SURE knockout fight on the undercard of a big ppv. A guy and his girlfriend who weren't boxing fans watched the fight with me and some friends and the lack of any knockouts bored them at times. The intensity of the main event kept them interested, but then they didn't appreciate what they were seeing because Floyd didn't look as good as he usually does.

i thought mayweather won 7-5. could've been 8-4, but some of the rounds were close. maidana did much better than expected. khan won in a dominating fashion, but he still looked vulnerable when he got hit clean and was on retreat mode when collazo landed. broner was unspectacular, but at least he won w/o much of a struggle.

I have a link to a streaming site I use but there are no replays or anything. Are you looking to watch the fight again or just want a site for streams?

Will Floyd Mayweather now insult Muhammed Ali?

    ----------------------------------

[h=2]Muhammad Ali sends Tweet asking Floyd Mayweather to “rumble” with Manny Pacquiao[/h]By James Slater
Living legend and all-time great Muhammad Ali takes to his official Twitter account now and then, when the mood takes him, and last night, after watching the far greater than expected Floyd Mayweather-Marcos Maidana fight, Ali wanted to send something out on social media.
The Greatest’s Tweet read as follows:
“Congratulations @FloydMayweather. Maybe after you rest up we can see you rumble with @MannyPacquiao!”

It's great to have an opinion, it's really something wonderful. However, I think it would be really great if we put our opinions to the side and let them fight and then watch what actually happens. Wouldn't that be cool?

Wait, Money for some reason doesn't want the biggest money fight of his career. Maybe it's because he believes it's too easy of a fight? Could be. Especially since he had such a easy fight with Madonna.
