No idea. I rarely bench press anymore. Last time I benched regularly, I got 280 for 6 (well over a year ago), but I just don't bench much anymore. I want my cardiovascular system to be healthy and I want overall fitness---not just the ability to do one exercise well.

 

This one guy here named HANZ was known to put up like 680 for 5

That's right. But I did 605 for 3 reps. Then put it down to 550 and proceeded to do 8 reps.
