    There was already lots of talk and concern regarding Taylor's possible brain damage going way back to pulling out of the Super 6, well before him shooting his cousin and this latest arrest.

    Plus brain damage is all over the news now, thanks in large part of the NFL, so it's pretty easy to see how people are making the association that Taylor's erratic and volatile behavior could be an effect of brain trauma.

    Hell, that was the first thing I thought.

    The main reason mikE's statement is fucking daft is that there's lots of evidence regarding a connection between brain trauma and behavior/mood while I'm not aware of any connection made by anyone between an athlete's physique and 30 days of prison food. So it's not "similarly ridiculous" at all.

    The guy is just doing his usual routine... Find something to be a contentious little prick about and run with it.

    Health wise, he probably should have stayed retired after the Froch loss.

    He DEFINITELY should have stayed retired after the brutal KO loss to AA, which probably pushed his trauma over the edge (no MiKe, I'm not a fucking neurologist, is that okay with you?).

    While you dipshits are off playing medical-sleuth, criminal-defender mastermind, and diagnosing Taylor with everything from restless leg syndrome, to fiber myalgia, to post-concussive stress syndrome super criminal, the more reasonable will wait to find out if there is any basis for this speculation other than:

    1. He danced goofy, in a way that would barely get him noticed in many places;
    2. He pulled a gun's trigger in an intersection;
    3. He's previously lost via knockout a few times; and
    4. He used to be such a sweet young man!!

    Of course, our speculators wouldn't know a brain scan result from a pap smear, don't have a clue about Jermain other than as boxing fans, and haven't even tried to explain how our disabled hero managed to sandwich his brain-damage caused criminal acts around a world-title winning boxing performance.
