From Bayern to Inter and now to Stoke? I can understand the move to Milan because there just wasn't room for him and as a young player you want to be on the field as much as possible. Inter on the other hand just signed him and he was a regular starter who was doing quite well from the little I saw. I don't understand it.

It wouldn't surprise me but the deal with Inter was apparently for 4 years and if it was just about money I doubt he would have went from Bayern to go there. Seems unlikely Inter agrees to sell him just because he wants a higher salary when he's not even in the position to ask for one.

I don't have anything against anybody who has devoted their life to pursuing a goal and is on the cusp of achieving it. If you don't like it, don't watch it. I'm not a fan of women's football so I won't be watching it either, but I'm not sure what all the vitriol is about. Let them have their moment. The truth is, I really haven't heard many people talk about it, even on Facebook. In fact, I'd completely forgotten it was happening until Irish started ranting about it ::. Even if they win the whole thing, it'll all be forgotten about a couple of weeks into the new Prem season.
