Cintron by brutal stoppage, little doubt in my mind. Khan has never in his life avoided a right hand. Plus, to make Shitron fold, you gotta put real pain and pressure on him. Which Khan would not. Khan would be winning on his handspeed, and bullshit flurries for awhile, then get clipped with a big right hand and the baby deer would emerge.
Cintron would catch him by the mid rounds. Khan is quick enough to outwork him for the first few rounds but he doesn't punch hard enough to discourage him AKA- Make him quit. Khan would make Cintron look like a top welterweight puncher.

This is 50/50 for me. Can Shitron knock him out if he lands a solid right? Yeah, but lets remember he sucked total ass and had the heart of an earthworm. No guarantee he gets a KO even against Con.
Both indeed suck. But Khan's chin is made of that classic white china. It wouldn't take too long for Cintron to exploit it.
If it was that simple every guy with a shitty chin would lose 100% of the time to everybody who could punch a little bit. Even Cintron's power was overrated. He never knocked out anybody good.
He hasn't. But who's to say that Khan would have even been a champion during that era? I'd take any of the likes of Williams, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, Berto, old Mosley, Quintana, and Cintron to beat Khan. Khan's chin is so crap that he had his knees buckled by Chris Algieri of all people. I have NO FAITH in his ability to take Cintron's power.
Khan wouldn't have been although he'd have a chance at a couple of those guys. I don't blame you for having no faith in Khan's ability to take Cintron's power. I wouldn't be surprised in the least to see him knocked out. I just don't think it's as simple as Cintron being able to land one hard punch at any point in the fight and that immediately resulting in Khan being laid out cold. This isn't Julian Jackson we're talking about. Also guys getting outworked and/or outboxed rarely find that home run shot. The more they look for it the less likely it is going to happen. He was a really shitty fighter with overrated power. Maybe Khan boxbots the shit out of Cintron and he finds away out of the fight. Feigns and injury as an example. Maybe Khan lands a great left hook to the body that he can't recover from too. I don't have faith in either of these guys which is why it's 50/50 for me.
I'm with Whiskey. Cintron has less heart than even Acelino Frietas. No telling what he'd do. He could certainly knock Khan out cold but he was so crap himself that you never know.
Cintron showed his bitch card against Marg and P-Will. Two physical imposing fighters with excellent chins, who apply constant pressure. Khan is the ANTI-version of those guys. A glass chinned boxbot who has no defense or intelligence whatsoever. Cintron didn't lose to guys he could hurt. If you took his punches, and fired back and hurt him, the bitch came out, but Khan wouldn't handle his punches. The fucker got nearly KO'd by Wholio Diaz, and got wobbled by pillow-fisted Algeri.
I'm sorry but Khan was at least a top ten welter. All Cintron ever was was a fucking ESPN poser, and front runner or not, Khan was twice as good as Cintron ever was. He'd box Cintron's ears off and wouldn't even get closed to getting stopped by Cintron's overrated power. I think.
definitely an utter chump. But you must consider whether Khan has ever beaten a welterweight who can actually crack an egg
