Moorer had a devastating record, but against modest opposition to say the least. Had a nice jab and power, and was a very big LHW. Had some problems against Leslie Stewart before stoping him.

Hill had a very good jab and movement. Pretty solid technically, but also feasted on a lot of modest opposition, and was outboxed rather soundly by a long-in-the-tooth Tommy Hearns. He seemed to freeze up against Hearns, maybe from facing a legend, maybe after taking his right hand. I wonder if he'd get hit hard by Moorer and then freeze and shell up.

Yeah, I would take Moorer - despite the fact that Moorer is overrated at 175.

But in this particular fight, I see Hill doing well for awhile, then tasting some big Moorer shots, getting badly hurt, and likley going into a survival shell.

I hate Virgil Hill but what the fuck did Moorer ever accomplish as a Light Heavyweight to make him so relevant to these mythical matchups? The guy did absolutely nothing at the weight
