    What is it's ever-lasting appeal?
    Giving women an excuse to dress up as sluts and a haven for male closet-crossdressers? :scratcher:

    True...but is is rated though? Most 'critics' give it an above-average rating....but droves still swear by it and turn up to the theater shows
    True. But is it meant to be?

    It's camp, some people like it, I never really GOT it, just like I don't really GET most John Waters movies.

    I enjoyed Tim Curry's character in "Legend". I didn't realize the guy was still around. Looking at his IMDB page it looks like he's had a pretty lucrative career doing lots of voice work.

    It was the only time that closet-gays could 'come out' in 'public' and be accepted during the 70's. Give credit to Frank N' Fusser as the grand daddy of Gay Civil Rights movement.
