Dokes has the huge 80sness advantage but otoh he was pretty short and he liked to trade. Pick 'em. If Dokes is smart he wins but there's every chance he gets too brave at some point.
If we're talking the best Tua, the one who fought Ibeabuchi and Ruiz, then Tua stops Dokes at some point in the fight. No way Dokes goes the distance with him.
You could frame the question this way.....could Dokes slightly better the performances of Rahman, Izon or Maskaev by lasting out another round or so? He's certainly better than those guys.
The Heavyweight titlist "Fragility" crown belongs to Bruce Seldon though. I just can't see Dokes surviving Tua. Tua may have turned into a fat wide nosed samoan, but at the beginning he was one dangerous son of a bitch!
I'm pretty sure David Price has established himself as the all time glass king at heavyweight. NEVER in my life seen a fighter with a worse chin than Price.
Not Bruce Seldon fragile..... but the way Ruddock put him to sleep...and moderate punching 200lbs Holyfield before that, suggests that he couldn't survive Tua.
Ha ha! Maskaev's chin was awful. Amazing he won a single fight. One tap on the chin and his legs were gone. ::
