Shane wins. Brown's style plays into Shane's hands. Brown was an offensive fighter without a great defense. Shane loves that. And although Brown had GOOD power, he didn't have Trinidad type great power. I think Shane's chin could handle it. Brown definitely wins a couple of rounds, but I think Shane's speed and physical strength would be too much for Simon.
Good battle ... Shane in a close but clear one because I think his handspeed wins him exchanges and Brown doesn't have the kind of backfoot skills to expose his technical limitations nor does he have the kind of vicious power to make him go into "let's just be pals" mode
