I remember when HBO was trying to hype Khan into a star, and Max Kellerman commenting during the Khan-Judah fight that "Zab has always lost to the elite fighters" and implying that Khan was elite too.

I was thinking that Khan was no better than Cory. But style-wise, Khan has done generally pretty well against modest punching boxers. When they have turned aggressor on Khan, Khan has struggled, but I have a tough time seeing Cory fighting like that. That could favor Amir, but I do think Cory was the more skilled and better fighter overall.

So how does this play out?

Khan may actually have the style to shoe shine his way to a win here. He has nothing to fear in terms of power, and Spinks isn't an infighter so Khan should be able to do his thing.
