Prime Forrest that had a tune-up before Mosley vs. Canelo

I think it's pretty close either way and in such a scenario Alvarez is more likely to get the decision.

Mayorga was reckless and wild. Canelo fights in a mesured pace. There is pretty much no similarity between the two

Forrest looked great against Mosley and that's why people are generous to him in MMs. However as Hut pointed out, Forrest lost twice to Mayorga. Canelo is more dynamic than a prime Mosley and bigger and stronger than Mayorga.

    I'd go with Canelo also.

Canelo's measured, spurt fighting pace is perfect for Forrest to have success against. The wildcard, of course, is Forrest's chin. IF he could handle Canelo's power, I could see him if not winning, making it a close fight.

I dunno at which point this fuckin Ginger became some virtuoso talent, but he's not.

No one has said that Canelo is a virtuoso. NO ONE. Most of us are simply saying that he's no bum and has proven to be pretty competent.

    Forrest is UD.

BTW, I just got into an argument with someone on YouTube who compared Canelo and Maidana to a prime Tito... :pathetic:

Worse than ESB forums is the idiocy.
