The Reid that fought Tito vs the current 155.8 champ?

How about the Reid that fought Tito vs the Canelo that fought Floyd? Since both were less experienced guys in their first big fight.

i think alvarez would win, either legitimately or by a contested decision. it would be competitive though

even before reid fought trinidad he struggled with scrubs like kevin kelly, and got all busted up by bouduani

Canelo win this. Reid will eventually fade after a good start and he'll get kd once or twice.

    Reid via UD.

Mostly because Canelo doesn't apply consistent pressure, and Reid's right hand was quick to get through consistently. I think by the late rounds Canelo would rally and make it closer as Reid starts to fade but he'd have too much ground to make up on the cards.

I think Canelo has a very hard time with Reid's reach, sharp right hand and negativity. If Reid starts to tag him and forces Canelo to respond I'm not sure if the stubby ginger can initiate exchanges consistently. Reid's right hand is a more potent scoring weapon than anything Trout has and as negative as he was Reid was more willing to flurry and go get a round than bitch ass Lara.

I'd definitely take Tito Reid over Floyd Canelo. Current Canelo is a pick 'em and I'd lean towards Reid.
