This Saturday. Has been years in the making and has the potential to be a very good fight.

Who have you got and how do you see the fight playing out?

I've always backed Frampton in this. I simply believe he's the better boxer/fighter. I don't think he'll aim to get involved in close quarters. Instead, I see him boxing and moving and will make Quigg look very ordinary in the process. If Frampton does get dragged in to a brawl then this is where Quigg could beat him as he is a puncher. Both men could touch the canvas at any point during the contest.

I'll take Frampton by UD with 1-2 KD's in the process.

    Frampton via close UD.

He'll box disciplined and avoid wild exchanges with movement and counter punching, but Quigg will rally and come on strong from the mid to late rounds and make it close. I think it's gonna be one helluva fight.

Yeah I agree that Frampton is much better than Quigg. I expect him to win comfortably.

Hut - it's on Sky Box Office.

Bout as pick em as you can get. Just to go against the grain of the thread, I'll go with Quigg, even though the smarter money is probably on Frampton.

This. I honestly don't know who will win. I would have picked Frampton with a degree of confidence six months ago but he looked less than brilliant last time out and Quigg has shown improved power of late. I don't rate Quigg that highly but I might be being harsh on him. I can certainly see him winning if he lands big.

I reckon Frampton squeaks a tight decision but I wouldn't put a quid of someone else's money on the outcome. Should be a real good fight - first time in a while I've genuinely looked forward to one.

I'll take Quigg for 10 quid if you're interested. :fightme:

    I think he'll win a unanimous decision.

Ha. I won't bet, I'm just very confident Frampton beats Quigg fairly comfortably.

You confident of that? You're a good caller of fights - why do you think Quigg wins?

Thanks but this one is more of a guess. I've seen very little of these two guys. I think it will be very close for about eight rounds with quigg stealing rounds down the stretch to win a UD.

Frampton wins with a late stoppage after a surprisingly easy fight.

I don't know what a "scouser" is but that's what Quigg sounds like. A mean little scouser.

Danny Jacobs look like a captain in a futuristic gay navy.

Quigg looks tight. Frampton on the other hand very comfortable and finding his rhythm.

Quigg needs to unload. These rounds are close but Frampton is just doing more almost every time. It's got to be Frampton up 6-2 or so by now.

Frampton is ready to go. These body shots are paying off. Still a very close fight on the cards.

Frampton looks like Martin short when punched in slow motion.

I thought Frampton won 8-4, 7-5. Shit fight. Neither guy was impressive.

Now this was an underwhelming fight... Quigg couldn't do much early on with Frampton and Frampton has not enough power to crack Quigg.

Not as close as I thought but the pattern went very much like I thought.
