Broner is COMPLETE garbage at 147. It's been proven in his three fights at welter. He has NOTHING to offer Brook and he has no advantages over Brook. Brook is taller, rangier, bigger, stronger, FAR more powerful, more fluid, more skilled, more accurate, better defensively, better offensively, and has a much higher ring IQ. He'd fuck Broner up.
In regards to Hamed, no, Brook is not as good as Hamed was P4P. Brook is technically more sound than Hamed, but that's overshadowed by the fact that Hamed was just a much better talent. P4P Hamed woulda killed a scrub like Shawn Porter.

Brook would beat them all. I have little doubt about that. Wouldn't mind if Broner actually ATE his way out of 140 so that he'd likely JUMP at a fight with Brook. Kell would kill him. He'd humiliate Garcia.
Garcia is way too basic for Brook. I don't see how he would win. He's too slow to box with Brook, and his power doesn't seem to have to carried up from 140. Guerrero hit him far more times than he should have and stunned him once or twice. I think with Brook's straight punching, Danny Gift eats right crosses all night.
