Outside of the possibility of hurting the horrible, negative Ruiz with a left hook enough to change the outcome, he most likely gets mauled and groped and sexually assaulted while occassionally eating a short right hand en route to either A) bleeding to death stoppage or B) wide decision Props to him if he lands a body shot that Ruiz manages to turn into a dramatic, life-threatening low blow
Since this is a mythical match up im appointing joseph 'FIGHT HIM!' Cooper to officiate. henry cooper wins by DQ 2 minutes into the first round. Coopers loutish cockney fans storm the ring enraged by ruiz' blatant attempts to sexually assault their man and he flees the ring in terror, a cascade of tumblers filled with beer and piss raining on his greasy head. As he rushes out the arena slathered in Budweiser and urine a 300 foot Guatemalan style sinkhole opens up in the casino carpark and Ruiz is tragically crushed to death in the wreckage.
