I'd defintiely favor Garcia. I have only seen Flanagan twice. He beat the piss out of Diego Magdaleno (sp?) He really used his attributes. Diego tried to come inside and make it a scrap and Flanagan just tagged the shit out of him coming in over and over for a quick stoppage after a beating. And the fight before that. I can't remember the opponent's name. A veteran. Flanagan looked good too there.

I think Mikey Garcia is still probably one step above though.
