Both hit hard. Thurman would be a huge underdog, though. Assuming he got in the ring with Tito, what are his chances?
Like Trinidad´s opponents, circa 1996-99. Who has little Keith fought? And who has he crushed, early-doors in the last 4 years? Trinidad in 3 or 4 rounds.
There's a better chance of leaving Tiger Woods in a room alone with a white woman for 24-hours and he NOT fuck her than of Thurman winning this fight.
Thurman's Tooooooo AVAILABLE to Be Hit and Toooooo WEAK to the Body to Beat Trinidad...Not to Mention Being Naturally SMALLER than Tito... Competitive Bout, but Trinidad ENDS him Mid to Late... REED:hammert:
Not a competitive fight at all. Thurman would get blown out by Vargas, let alone Tito. This could very well be a replay of Tito-Blocker. I like Thurman, but he's simply not that good. Tito would destroy him in a one sided fight.
Thurman will be fighting off his back foot from the start...which IMO is the best style for him...but won't make a difference he won't go more than 4-5 rounds against Trinidad...
Thurman has plenty to trouble Tito with with that hand speed and his propensity to quickly switch the angle up before countering, I can see it being a brilliant two way fight for as long as it lasts. In the end he's too easy to hit and too ready to stand and trade though....Tito probably wins within 6 but not in a one sided affair
I question if Thurman has the chin. His movement might keep him in it for a bit, but once a flush shot lands, I can forsee him crumbling.
Welterweight Trinidad had faster hands than Thurman. Thurman has decent speed, but the fuckin guy isn't Ray Leonard. And prime Tito was FAR from slow!
In round three, there would be an exchange of left hooks; Trinidad would land his more cleanly and wins via 10 count
Thurman will drop Tito in the second round in a flash knockdown, and in that brief moment Thurman is in 7th Heaven being hugged by Don King who is showering him with millions of dollars. Unfortunately Tito will get up very pissed and destroys him next. alm:
