Turned on the tv and the Emmy Awards are on. In less than 30 minutes I counted three LGBT speeches and two Hillary supporting shouts plus two not so subtle jabs at Trump. Oh and one prediction about the next Supreme Court judge (Gay friendly). Is GLAAD now running the fucking Emmys???? an:
I knew this ceremony was going to be extremelly politically correct/Liberal bla bla bla a couple on months ago when they announced their nominees which came shortly after the Oscar's white bashing for lacking black nominees. Well the Emmy's nominated an unprecedented number of Black Actors & Actresses, shows, etc as well as LGBT series. Of course most of them are 'winning' and doing their speeches (a minute ago a bad joke about Melania Trump that didn't fly). It looked like the BET Awards meets the DNC! Courtney B. Vance won his award and shouted 'OBAMA OUT: HILLARY IN!!!'
Yeah that was the worst part :: as they were the ones giving shouts to Hillary and Trump bashing. It was the white winners who did all the LGBT speeches sans one or two black winners or presenters.
Seriously it came to point that it looked like many black winners were getting the awards just because they were black not because their performances excelled over the others. It felt like an agenda was in progress the whole time. Oh, and Game of Thrones just took three awards (none of their actors took an award) while The People vs OJ Simpson & Veep took more awards each one. issed:
He wasn't even nominated last year. The emmy was for season 1 of Mr. Robot. since this season is still airing. Same with Live Schreiber's nomination.
Yeah, he won for last season. I doubt he even gets nominated for this season, which has been much more low key and focused on the other characters.
