FINALLY an upcoming matchup besides Kov-Ward to actually look forward to. Walters is the best opponent of Loma's career thus far, but it'd be foolish not to make Loma the clear favorite. I think he'll methodically take Walters apart.
Loma is too skillful. And though Walters will fight bravely, he'll just be outclassed. This fight should put Loma in the top 5 proud 4 pound and I don't care what anyone says.
He's arguably top 5 right now. He barely misses mine. Top 5 in no order for me: Kov Choco Ward Crawford Golov Then Loma Walters is better than anybody Golov has faced, just sayin. We'll see how he looks.
Great fight. Will answer a lot of questions. If Loma wins this he'll finally be deserving of the top 5 p4p rankings that's been given to him by a lot of groupies
Walters chances were a lot better at 126. It appears as if Walters was most effective at 126 where his size edge over guys could play a factor. And it also appears as if Loma is more comfortable at 130 than featherweight. I think it's a compelling fight, but I'm struggling to envision Walters winning.
