Benn would have knocked Floyd cold. Obviously, Floyd is the better fighter by a light year, but the size gap is too much and Benn just hits too damn hard. Plus, Benn wouldn't fight Floyd like a passive pussy the way CanYellow did.
If Floyd were as effective at 160 as he was at 154 I'd pick him without hestitation. We just don't know. Floyd is soooooo much better than Benn that he could overcome the size advantage with his skills. Benn would be swinging and missing constantly and just getting countered to death. Of course Nigel has the power to end it but he'll only have a punchers chance

Floyd is obviously the better fighter and there's no debating that. But he's never fought at 160 and he has gotten hit more often in recent years. Doesn't bode well in a matchup with Benn.
Benn should be too big, strong and relentless for PBF. He's a million times better than Benn, but size and style are not in his favor
