    One of the best slasher movies of all time (better than Halloween, tbh) and one of the best horror movies ever, tbh.

    Not better than Halloween but a good slasher.....and Olivia Hussey was delicious looking...

    I think it's better than Halloween by a good margin. Halloween is overrated and at this point kind of dated IMO.

    Black Christmas is still creepy to this day. And (spoiler alert) what makes Black Christmas better is the identity of the killer is never revealed. Whereas in Halloween, there's never a fuckin mystery... we all know its Mike Myers.

    Black Christmas is more realistic. It's not inconceivable for a killer to sneak into a large house and begin murdering people unexpectedly while hiding in the attic.

    On the other hand, a 7 foot killer who walks faster than anybody runs and who's immune to everything, including bullets, is just unrealistic and makes Halloween ridiculous and stupid.
