I'd take Cervantes. I think his length, great jab, and skills would be a huge problem for Chavez. And his right hand was powerful enough to keep Chavez honest. Usually Chavez could wear guys down at 140, but Cervantes was a different beast than Taylor. He had great stamina, a solid chin, and was a very big junior welter. Chavez's true peak weight was 135. Cervantes was better than him at 140.
