Anyone here watching this entertaining 'Breaking Bad' spinoff? It is sort of like a prequel, how Saul Goodman started from deadbeat legal assistance services appointed lawyer to the semi-successful character we know. So far the series have not disappointed and have been a ratings winner.
It's good but not great. At least not yet. I don't think sal has that much depth as a character. Maybe they should have done a prequel or sequel on Jesse Pinkman.
Really? we already know that Jessie was one of Walter White students and wasn't that good at drug dealing as 'The Captain'. Not interesting at all. Jessie by himself cannot carry a series. Saul Goodman is a more goofy, likable, less dark character and anyway eventually we will see Jessie and Water visiting his office for legal counsel. :rock1:
I really like it so far, it's entertaining and keeps me looking forward to the next episode I always liked the Saul character.
It should get quite interesting when they get more in depth with frings operation. That may not be for a few seasons
yea final episode was slow and just a throwaway. is it just me or does Orlando Salido look like mike's son ? https://doceonzasjs.files.wordpress...5132181_2909527823646676542_n.jpg?w=711&h=474 http://splitsider.com/wp-content/up...bad-jonathan-banks-mike-talks-say-my-name.jpg
The show is getting better each season. Mike and Gus have more interesting (breaking bad-ish) stuff going on, but I really liked when Saul exposed Chuck in the courtroom. I find myself rooting for Nacho too but you know shit isn't going to end well for him. I've been pretty impressed with Odenkirks chops so far though.
To be honest I am losing interest as after 3 seasons he is still Jimmy McGill and hasn't turn into the full blown deadbeat Saul Goodman we loved in BB. The whole brother Chuck & company angle has became old very fast and needs to be put aside already. What really keeps me watching is Mike & Gus. The Jimmy scenes are the less interesting. If there is a season 4 I might watch the first few episodes to see if it starts going in the right direction it needs too. If not, then I'll quit watching since this is the longest tease I have ever seen and I am not waiting any longer.
