I think cotto eventually stops him, but wouldn't be terribly surprised if Blocker manage to squeak a close one if cotto is in a bad day
Cotto wins by late stoppage or decision after a competitive fight . Unless you could blast Blocker out or force him into a shell he was a handful. Cotto would win but he'd eat some leather to do it. Eventually his body attack would break Blocker down but the big question is whether he'd have enough gas in the tank to stop him.
