Can't be easy to mismatch a very good fighter at his prime weight and age. Since "Very good" is subjective I'll offer some parameters to help the discussion: this means that the fighter was either a champion, or undefeated and had beaten other champions or undefeated fighters.

Mismatch means that the opponent didn't win a round and was dominated.

    Name some

Pacquiao's destruction of Hatton was the first one that springs to mind. Foreman's destruction of Frazier was another.

Hatton doing a header off the ring post didnt disqualify him from prime status?

Oh I forgot, that didn't count since he didn't have to cut weight

Yeah. Tito/Vargas and Zarate/Zamora did not turn out to be mismatches.

Zarate Zamora was a whooping. Was an action fight but Zamora didn't win a round and was pretty much beaten up for the whole 4 rounds

Good example however some could argue that 160 wasn't Tito's prime weight

That's a dumb argument since he destroyed the other middle champ in an even bigger mismatch comparison.

    Micheal Watson v Nigel Benn

Benn was 'the shit' going into that fight and Watson embarrassed him, dropped him with a jab and stopped him in 6 or 7 rounds

'54 was Tito's PRIME Weight, Dude...Beating William Joppy Doesn't Mean Tito was a LEGIT Middleweight...

Tito was a legit middleweight despite 154 being his best weight.

Tito was the 2nd best middleweight in the world. I would still say he was at his prime at 160 and 154. He just couldn't beat Hopkins. He would beat any other middle at that time. If Hopkins dropped to 154 the same thing would happen.

    Agreed with Anthony

In his 3 performances at MW before his retirement, Tito looked as good as ever in 2 of them in blasting Joppy and Cherrifi.

If it wasn't for Bhop, MW probably would have been considered his best weight

No, He was PRESUMED to Be the 2nd Best Middleweight in the World, by Virtue of Being Promoted by Don King...

King Devised the Middleweight Tourney, Comprised of Hopkins, Joppy and Keith Holmes, All of Whom he Promoted...He Added Tito to the Mix to Make it a 4-Man Tournament...

No Guarantee Tito BEATS Guys Like Howard Eastman, Harry Simon or Even Keith Holmes, for that Matter...And Beyond All That, Tito's Body Looked WORSE @ '60 Than it Had Previously...

Looking WORSE Physically, @ a Higher Weight, Isn't Indicative of that Being Your "Prime" Weight...

Tito's gloves were extra loaded for his fight with Joppy. He wasn't sure his tape cheating would work at 160. It sure did! Joppy never knew what hit him.

Hatton has precisely two fights at 147. In the first he near lost to Luiz Collazo. In his second he got brutally stopped. At 140 he was unbeaten in over 40 fights and was the lineal champ, with a host of wins over other champs/former champs.

The thread asks for mismatches as 'prime weights'. Hatton's prime weight was clearly 140.

    AgREED.

There is no sensible argument that Tito's 'prime weight' was 160. The only argument is that he brutally stopped a guy who arguably lost to Howard Eastman. That is no sensible argument.

Good call. Conversely, Watson-McCallum also fits the thread.
