Dumb and Dumber. Ortiz would fight at a faster pace that Broner wouldn't like, and Broner would resort to a lot of negative tactics (Porter fight). His counters wouldn't be enough as he's not active enough with his hands nor is he likely to land something big to hurt Ortiz. Broner drops a fairly wide decision.
Ortiz is even mentally weaker than Broner. If Broner had any sustained success Ortiz could fold up. And Broner obviously has the power to hurt him. But the Ortiz that fought Peterson and Berto is probably to scary looking for Broner and wins a decision.
I don't think Broner has the pop to deter Ortiz, that's the problem. Let's be frank - Broner cannot punch above 135. And Ortiz's firepower would put Broner in a shell all night long. Ortiz by decision.
