Pryor is a nightmare for anyone at 140, including Floyd. That work rate and power and sheer awkwardness will give Floyd hell but at the end of the day, this is boxing (copyright GGG) and it's about hit and not get hit and Floyd's connect percentage will be significantly higher and as such he should win a decision
Sly picks Floyd. JOM picks Pryor. I'll meet in the middle and say I dunno. While it's true that Pryor is very problematic for Floyd, it's also true that Pryor would leave Floyd A LOT of openinings to counter him. And counter him a lot Floyd would. Pryor would force Floyd to have to fight, as his feet were too quick for Floyd to move on. The thing is, forcing Floyd to fight might bring out the best in him.
