Fights where you changed your mind about who won...

    Here is another example of initially agreeing with judges and then ultimately disagreeing. Actually did not expect to see any of these. Maybe my theory that we have a tendency to bend our perception to agree with the judges is not true afterall.

    Stats are suggestive but they don't present the entire picture

    10 point must system, round by round scoring. Castillo could have racked up the majority of those stats (vis a vis Mayweather) in about 4 rounds. In other words Castillo could have won four rounds BIG ( but still 10-9) whereas Mayweather could have won 8 rounds by smaller margins

    Secondly the stats are based on humans counting the punches...not 100% accurate

    I know that. Just want to compare stats of first fight with stats of second.

    Another interesting one is Jones Barrera. People not used to Barrera outbox so again percepcion is Jones wins a lot rounds, but merely he does better than expected. Watch again and Barrera come again middle like a boss.

    Storm De La Hoya was outrage and then rewatch and not so. Again Felix does better than anticipated. He also gets judge payback for most career.
