I'll be rooting heavily for Brandon to pull off the big upset, but I don't see how he's gonna win. This would have been a much better fight in 2012. Even then, Garcia wins, but it'd have been more competitive.
On showtime? Should be entertaining. I don't totally discount Rios' chances but seems like he is way too slow to have a chance here.
Apparently this one is basically a done deal for Feb. 17. "Like I said before", I'll be rooting like Hell for Brandon to pull the huge upset, but I don't see how he doesn't take a beating. Garcia by stoppage.
Both in their primes at 140, Garcia by decision. But at this stage in Rios' career, at 147, I don't think he holds up.
Why? Rios will lose, but at least he'll give it his all. Broner would be in survival mode by the 3rd. I'm tired of seeing that loud mouth pussy on the big stage.
Broner-Garcia doesn't do anything. Broner will lose like he always does against top fighters. And after he loses he'll claim it's because he wasn't dedicated enough in training, when the truth is he's just not that good. Being that I hate Garcia, Spence vs Garcia sounds great to me in 2018.
Rumor has it that Broner might face Omar Figueroa next. If Broner loses that one, then he might as well retire.
Yeah, assuming it's fought at 147 (and I can't see any other weight, Figueroa is a fat, undisciplined fuck his damn self) then AB might very well lose. Unless he can badly hurt Figueroa and keep him off, then Figueroa will just outwork him. And Broner's never displayed real pop at 147.
