Patrick Beverley out for the season with micro-fracture surgery. Guess the Rockets got rid of him just in time.

Zack Martin and Tyron Smith the most valuable players on the Cowboys offense. Not Ezekial and Dak.

Giants make up for mistakenly winning against the Chiefs, making sure their defense didn't sabotage their draft pick again, by putting out a fatwa on 1st Downs and catchable checkdown passes. If Eli did mistakenly hit a receiver in the breadbasket with a pass, there was an obvious mandate put out to the TE's and WR's to drop said pass into the dirt.

Agree, though having half the franchise and entire receiving corp on IR or disability doesn't help either. Eli won't be happy until he leads the entire practice squad into a season ending hit from an opposing safety.

Eli benched. Streak will be over. As much as I complained about Eli the last few years, he didn't deserve to go out like this. It would be one thing if they had some stud sitting on the bench they wanted to see something out of, but they don't. Wish they let him finish out the season and then see if he could hook up with some other team to continue his games started streak next year.

Stumbled across this today. Pretty interesting, especially since I didn't remember this when it happened. It's pretty awesome.

    And???...

Alex Smith was "In the Discussion" Earlier This Season, When Wilson was a Fucking AFTERTHOUGHT in That Regard...Deshaun Watson was "In the Discussion" Until Getting Injured...CASEfuckingKEENUM is Probably "In the Discussion" @ This Point...Any QB on a Winning Team is Virtually "In the MVP Discussion"...That's How the NFL Works, Bruh...

Bottom Line, Russell Wilson's NOT Going to Win League MVP and You KNOW This as Well as REED Does...

    Huh?...

Every Single Thing REED has Said About Russell Wilson, Post-Contract, has Come to Pass...

His Teammates (Particularly on the Defensive Side of the Ball) Grew ENVIOUS Of his Money, Feeling he DIDN'T Deserve it...And Seattle HASN'T Come Close to a Ring Since Wilson Made THE Biggest Blunder in Super Bowl History...

    Just as REED Predicted...

Seattle JUST Raised their Record to 8-4...Meanwhile, Brady's 10-2 and Wentz is 10-2...9 Times Out of 10, the QB on the Team w/the Best Record in his Conference Wins League MVP...That WILL NOT Be Russell Wilson...

    Sorry...

Hilarious. Where do you rank wilson among all players in the league? Top 25? Top 50?

It's Clear You're NOT Familiar w/NFL MVP Voting Trends and Criteria...

Russell Wilson's Ranking within the NFL is IRRELEVANT to him Winning League MVP or Not, Bruh...The QB on the Team w/the Best Record in his Conference Will Win it as he Almost Always Does...Just as Matt Ryan Did Last Year and Cam Newton the Year Prior to That...

Sorry, but Your Obvious AFFECTION for Russell Wilson Isn't Enough...

Reed where does he rank according to you, among all nfl players?

You, the guy who said you wouldn't trade Dakota Prescott for him

Forget the mvp thing. Al Michaels and Louis Riddick brought it up

Pete Carroll made the biggest blunder in Super Bowl history, not Russell Wilson ... NE defensive back read the play and made a great pick... they knew that play was coming ... it's not 1978, the QB doesn't call his own plays

As for why the Seahawks haven't been back to the SB, losing Marshawn Lynch certainly didn't help
