i like where BOSS is going with these threads, so I’ll jump on the bandwagon.

Norris is the runaway answer here. I can't think of another elite/HOF caliber guy who had a chin as bad.

Roy got hit with some solid shots in his prime and took them well.

Now, I won't pretend like the guy ever had the chin of Ali... but the drastic weight loss definitely contributed to his overall downfall. The guy should have never gone back to 175 after the Ruiz fight.

Roy in his prime had a decent chin, but chances are it was never great.

Wladerina. But I think it was more of a heart problem than a chin problem

Wlad had a bad chin HOWEVER he always kept getting up. I don't think it was THAT bad. Also I think he had heart. The only time I'd question his heart was in the Fury fight.

Trinidad didn't have the greatest chin but his recuperative powers offset that.

    Norris definitely takes this one.

Lol, he quit against brewster for almost nothing, amd flopped to the floor whenever cromagnon Peter landed on his gloves. Not to mention his extreme reluctance even against guy that couldn't beat my grandma on their best nights. Guy was a coward. He showed some heart against AJ, but it doesn't excuse the rest of his shameful carreer

Many of Tito's KD's were a product of his poor balance/foot positioning. His chin itself wasn't bad. He definitely he didn't have an excellent chin... but he doesn't belong in this discussion. He took a brutal beating against Hopkins... if his chin was poor he wouldn't have lasted til the 12th.

He would not have always kept getting up if he didn’t have heart.

Suspect chin and horrible survival instincts sure, but the guy had heart.

Yeah but Brewster's left hook to his chin made his head spin, which means that he made a no-gesture

That's bull, especially snce most of the times he went down, he flopped to the canvas for no good reason. Hassam N'dam is similar. Simpletons praise his heart, but those who know the game understand that the guy has a weak heart, cause he goes down whenever someone connect with a decent punch, even if he isn't hurt.

So to use an analogy a soldier who panicks and is petrified during combat but one who pushes through is a coward?

But the one who doesn't fear death and is ready to die is brave?

No. They're both brave and actually the former one even more so because he has instincts to flight but chooses to stay and fight.

I don't care for him but Wlad is not a quitter.

but that's the thing with WLad, he doesn't push through (at least he didin't against Brewster). He made gay eyes at the ref and was doing everything to make him stop the fight. It was an obvious quit job.
He did it against Sanders to a lesser extent. COmpletely stopped figting after getting nailed the first time.
