Anyone catch this? Jose should have won the first fight as he beat Dirrell from pillar to post but got screwed on a bogus dq over a KO punch that seemed to come right as the bell sounded. Today’s rematch was more of the same minus the knock down and dq. Jose continued to beat Dirrell from pillar to post and got a TKO when Dirrell’s corner stopped it after 8.

I like Uzcategui, he has a real unorthodox style where he’s constantly bobbing and weaving and he has great reflexes. Dirrell isn’t exactly a slow puncher yet it appeared Jose was able to slip almost 60% of his punches. He’s also a deceptively fast puncher and great inside fighter.

Uz looks like he significantly improved from his loss a few years ago. Plus, that loss was at 160 and the guy is fuckin HUGE even at 168... he was probably drained at middle.

Since there's no clear cut best at 168, he's right in the mix with the top guys.

Uz is way better than that bum Callum Smith, for example.
