I watched some of Spence's next opponent,Carlos Ocampo, on Youtube. Guy is stiff, relatively slow, and wide open. Spence will stop him whenever he decides to step on the gas.

I'm gonna make a prediction and I think I'll be right. Spence vs Jesse Vargas in the fall. Vargas will beat Broner, and Spence would ideally like Cherry Garcia but I'd be shocked if Cherry took the fight.

i guess spence is entitled to a soft touch, given his recent opp, but i hope it dont become a trend.

Brook today said that he'd destroy Spence in a rematch. Spence replied "Keep talkin... next time I'll break both your eyes."

Yeah he did, he looked to be on his way to winning earlyish and I thought Spence was being exposed somewhat.

But damn, Spence did show "true grit" and proceed to just beat the crap out of him.

Brook's sure fire path to a belt at 154 is if he can land the Ali vs Liam Smith winner. Brook would be a comfortable favorite over either of those guys.

 

Yeaaaa.... based on this interview... the chances of Cherry manning up to fight Spence in the fall are slim.

Knowing Garcia, his bitch ass might give Zab Judah a rematch next.

Huh? REED can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Danny ever fought Spence as an amateur.

He DID fight Crawford as an amateur (both Garcia's did), but not Spence.
