What are the top 3 biggest fights to be made in boxing?

  1. Wiser 1878

    Wiser 1878 Bridgerweight Champion

    Santa Cruz vs. Valdez

    Fury vs. Wilder or Joshua

    Spence vs. Crawford or Thurman

  2. Yeah, Father time has caught up to Floyd....no one wants to see him fight again.

Plenty of people would like to see him fight again, just not in some circus crossover event.

    Really????

Floyd looked like hot garbages in his last few fights, and was boring as fuck too. Unless you want to see him catch a whooping (and who wouldnt) there is not any reason to want to see him in a ring again.

But upon further reflections, i guess a lot of mainstream fans woukd be interested in a floyd fight, for some weird reason

Slice N Dice Big stiff idiot

    That is literally the reason.

  6. I don't think anyone is interested in seeing Mayweather fight again, unless the reason is that they want to see his old ass get beaten up.

He's done now. He'd struggle with Danny Garcia let alone Thurman let alone Spence.

I doubt Garcia or Thurman would clearly beat him now, frankly

People paid good money to see that when he wasn't old. People would also pay to see Oscar De Le Hoya or Mike Tyson fight and they're far far far more gone and not coming off one of the largest PPV events in history.

Agreed. I'm not sure what the odds makers would have for those fights but neither would be big favorites.

    Come on

Thurman is a huge favorite over PBF now. He's much too fast and dynamic.

    Garcia is a different story

  11. I think Mayweather would beat Garcia...but obviously not as easily as he would have beaten him 5 years ago. It'll be a struggle. But I don't think Floyd can beat Thurman no based on how he looked against McGregor.

Thurman is a craftless leap amateur... Mayweather knew more about the art of boxing as a 12 year old than that chap ever will

I was combining the two mentioned. I agree that Thurman should/would be favored but I doubt the odds makers would make it "huge".

You think he trained hard for McGregor? It's not like he had much difficulty outclassing him with minimal effort

I have no doubt Thurman would be unable to stop Mayweather and if he won it would be close... youth and speed are all he has on him

I doubt Thurman would stop Floyd, but since we can only go by how he looked against Conor, Thurman would definitely win at this stage.

Obviously, a prime Floyd outclasses Thurman.

The quality of boxing has significantly declined since the average male life expectancy topped off at 32 years old.

    That guy was completely nuts

He legitimately thought that somebody like Battling Nelson would give Pernell Whitaker all he could handle

There are about 150 Santa Cruz and Valdez' currently in the top 10 of every alphabet org. Which ones?

Thurman would be ALL TOO EAGER to get an old Floyd in the ring. His "injuries" would magically disappear.

To be fair everybody's would given that opportunity.

Floyd is one of those guys that younger think because they watch him fight, that it makes them appear to be "cool" or that it makes them look like true boxing heads.

But indeed there is a sizeable portion of people that pay to see him lose, so that in part explains his continued "popularity" but I myself have no interest in watching Floyd fight, be it in the ring, the octagon, or on the street.

  30. Yup the possibility of a 9 figure payday would miraculously cure all ills
