I think I've grown to officially become a fan of Jermall.

Still wouldn't call myself a fan of Jermell.

From what I’ve seen, Jermall seems better. More explosive, that catch and counter that dropped J-Rock was terrific stuff.

Jarmall has ridiculous teeth, like Broner, so I'm now rooting for him to get KTFO :D

I do quite like the Charlos though actually. In fact I find them somewhat of a breath of fresh air, in that they remind me of 80's fighters.

To me, 80's fighters had something in common and that's that most of them simply weren't afraid to throw down. Fighters all the way from basic wildmen like Benn, to far more skilled and technical fighters like the Fab 4 - I feel they did have one thing in common and that's that they just fucking went in there and fought. Of course you got the odd stinky performance, there are always exceptions, I just think fighters in the 80's were far more willing to take risks and let their fists fly, than most of the tepid performances you see today, fighting not to lose, and desperately protecting their "0" etc.

I haven't seen that much of the Charlos, but from what I have seen they seem not only willing to fight anyone, but when they do fight, they are clearly not afraid to throw some serious heat.

I'm judging them purely on their few recent fights, I haven't seen fights where they were apparently less impressive, against Vanes, Trout etc. But Jermell was impressive against Lubin, and Jarmall was impressive against Williams and Centeno. Really surprised Jermell only has a 50% KO ratio tbh, he can obviously punch too.

I still think Gennady beats either of them though. He might have slowed a bit, but I still think he's the best MW in the world.
