That is some pretty weak argument. It is less objectionable though because I want to see the garcia fight as well.
I'm sort of curious about Porter-Garcia, but I don't see their styles making for an exciting fight. But it sure looks like it's gonna happen late this year. I'd say Porter is probably the slight favorite. Neither guy has the power to hurt the other. Distance written all over it.
I have no interest in these two pseudo-bums. Neither has any real aesthetic skill, they are just solid tough guys.
They are nothing like each other. Garcia is a solid enough boxer, and more of a measured counterpuncher. Porter is basically a wild scrub who just overwhelms foes with physical strength and activity.
I wouldn't describe him as smooth tbh, to me he is more clunky than smooth, but he is a capable "boxer" yeah, far more than Porter.
i wouldn't say "wild scrub" he is wild but not really a scrub i think.. Porter-garcia would be a good scrap
this really is the stupidest reasoning ever "we are going for WBC! why would we go for IBF?" LOLOL!!! It is really hard for me to watch without laughing and thinking they MUST know how ridiculous this looks.. "we aint even RANKED in IBF" LOL
I called him a scrub for comic effect, obviously I know he can fight to some degree. His style sure is scrubby though you hafta admit. Funny thing is, I usually like highly aggressive fighters and pressure fighters, like little Dogbone really impressed me the other day.
Double says the weirdest shit. A "smooth boxer" is Wilfred Benitez, James Toney, or Jose Napoles.... not no goddamn Danny Garcia. Lmao
