Mikey looking pretty bummish, Chenko woulda wreckt that kid.

 

Mikey was just playing with him, coasting, going as easy as possible. I just found it interesting to see the difference in class between a guy that trains and knows how to fight and a World Champion.

 

Which is exactly what should be expected. Guys spar against people well below their level fairly often, especially if they aren't training for anything important. The only thing even mildly interesting is the "calling out" part which was turned out to be nonsense. They were goading him and had the cameras ready. It wasn't some arrogant punk thinking he's king shit and getting taught a lesson.

It's nothing but a clickbait title.

Mikey seems like a pretty nice guy, he was taking it easy on Aldo too even though he could have taken the opportunity to batter a UFC fighter for the z.

Mikey did wallop that big 200 pound guy a while back though, did you see that?

He was one salty bum afterwards, he reminded me of Pillowfists McGregory after the Floyd fight.

He said the only reason Mikey beat him was because Mikey had "good conditioning" ol.

 

I agree with you though it was interesting - particularly just the sheer effortlessness on Mikey's part against a guy who did look like a capable enough amateur boxer.

He just barely needed to do anything at all to avoid the guy's shots and also to hit the guy back when he wanted to. Completely effortless.

 

Just goes to show you that any of us that talk tough on this message board would be absolutely battered it we faced a world champion in the street.

Its funny how Garcia doesn´t even bother with a gumshield, is constantly walking-down the kid, hurt him with a randomly-thrown bodyshot using 16oz gloves and after 2 rounds is just smiling and not even breathing slightly hard...
