Just remember the sharp counters that smith was able to land. Now imagine j-rock landing those. A guy with almost no defense is like a dream come true for j-rock. That said, if he cannot hurt Mungia he could end up getting stopped.

As per usual the truth is somewhere in the middle. He looked like an absolute beast against Ali, who evidently was a stylistically perfect opponent, smaller, fragile, somewhat hittable. So he had a lot to live up to.

But I think he's better than he looked against Smith. Smith put forth a spirited yet cagey performance against a very young, green fighter. I was disappointed he didn't stop him, I thought he'd pretty much run through him, but ultimately he did dominate the fight, just looked a bit sloppy, green, and hittable doing it.

He'd beat Williams, would probably beat Hurd and Lara, but you'd have to favour the Charlos, and, heavily favour both Canelo and Golovkin obviously.

You think he'd beat Hurd??? at this point, I'm pretty sure he would catch a whooping. Sure it doesn't mean much, but Hurd would absolutely ravage bum ass Smith
