Slice has pretty much summed it up in his post. Results obviously count for a lot but you have to look at it more closely. Pep being one great example. He's arguably the best manager around right now. He's won major titles with Barca, Bayern and Man City but look at the players he had/has to work with. He has basically had everything in place for him and hey presto.

Klopp's awesome but he definitely needs to win a trophy with Liverpool. Right now he's ticking all the boxes but a league title would catapult him to managerial superstardom.

Pochettino is great but I personally want to see him go to Man Utd and he can trophies with them I feel.
