Yeah, im a mild thurman fan, but its pathetic. Thing is, if he actually face them in 2020, all will be forgotten. But i have some serious doubts
All Fury needed was two tune-ups and the man was ready to take on the biggest puncher in boxing. Thurman wants two tune-ups before he decides.. maybe... possibly.. he's ready for a hack like Porter.
Must say that Thurman claiming that : ''I'll make people rebember why I'm still one of the best at 147'' doesnt bode well for his confidence
He’ll be forced into fighting one of them eventually but who knows. Regarding Fury, it shows how CONFIDENT he was in himself when he took the Wilder fight, amidst many even in his own camp telling him it was a bad idea. Thurman just doesn’t seem to believe anymore that he can beat the elites. Even in his interviews, his brash talk is unconvincing.
