    Who wins?

I'd go for Laguna. He was almost just as fast as Camacho, and just a much higher quality technician.

I don’t even want to think about how awkward and tedious this would be ... two jabbing runners and one is a southpaw and neither is a big puncher

Laguna wasn't a runner. Not at all.

Matter of fact, in his finest performance (his win over Ortiz) he was often times the aggressor.

    Laguna was a tough SOB.

He sure as HELLL wouldn't run from fuckin Camacho.

He ran for the fucking hills in the return bouts with Ortiz ... he was the aggressor (on occasion) the first time when Ortiz was out of shape and didn’t take him seriously... the returns? Forget it, the fights were boring and it was because of Laguna

Even when he beat Ramos, he did it with his legs and his jab

He and Camacho would dance around, jab, miss power punches and get into clinches and it would be awkward as fuck because Camacho is a lefty

The kind of fight that gives a judge a headache

You must not have watched Laguna-Ramos in awhile.

Laguna nailed Ramos with 10,000 lead rights and often the hook behind it. It was target practice. Ramos did not avoid ONE SINGLE right hand.

And he didn't "run" at all. He simply jabbed, moved laterally, and beat the shit outta Ramos.

Laguna would be the aggressor against Camacho.

Laguna would win a decision I think because the moment he puts some good power shots together, Hector will start to run for the hills.

He danced, you make it sound like he walked him down... Ramos was the aggressor and he got picked apart

And Camacho is a southpaw with way better defense and speed than Mando Ramos

    Laguna isn’t Julio Cesar Chavez

    This fight would be terrible

On a serious note, McDogg who would you rank as the second greatest Panamanian fighter - Laguna or Pedroza?

Actually, forgot about Panama Al Brown.

Pedroza definitely ... can’t see any argument at all in favor of Laguna

If you give maximum weight to historical significance and adjust for the more primitive era he fought, he’d be a clear number two behind Duran ...
