Ouma's a lot tougher and had a bigger gas tank. Kirkland is ahead early but can't keep applying the same level of pressure round after round.
Agreed. We're not talking about a durable guy here. Ouma wasn't much of a puncher, but he was crisp and accurate, and that's enough to stop Kirkland. In retrospect, maybe I should have posted a Ouma vs Paul Williams thread instead. Cause both were a level above Kirkland.
I think Tall Paul beats Ouma. Williams had trouble with southpaws who were sharp shooters (Quintana, Martinez, Lara), but a volume guy like Ouma plays into his hands.
